We start our business from the consulting stage. We translate company policy into the language of Fleet policy. We indicate the sources that generate costs and advise how to reduce them. Together we determine product parameters and set Key Performance Indicators, based on which the Client will evaluate our efficiency.

Manage

Fleet management is the most important stage of cooperation with the Client. This is the phase where we fulfill Client’s expectations. We define the communication level with the Client and the Drivers. We take upon the administrative activities and execute Client’s fleet policy.

Arval’s philosophy is built around its’Account Teams known as small leasing companies. In other words, it’s a team of specialists from all areas of fleet management, starting with vehicle purchase to insurance, mechanical and accident repairs, accident management, relief vehicles, ending with fuel management and administrative activities. This structure set-up, ensure that our Client has one source of contact for all related matters regarding fleet servicing.

Report

To optimize costs generated by Client’s fleet we pay a great deal of attention to Arval’s reporting and recommendations. We set a „Fleet Review” schedule before starting to cooperate.

We identify driving styles. We indicate aggressive drivers and finally, present areas where biggest costs are generated with recommendation on how to reduce them.
