Quality and processes
Arval philosophy is based on long-term cooperation and high quality services. The client gives us the charge over his car fleet and we commit ourselves to manage it efficiently, apply our experience, use computer systems and show you all the benefits of our trade potential and negotiating power.
As the only CFM company on the Polish market we have a unique attitude towards the client – we have created Customer Teams of employees from different departments which enable quick reaction thanks to a more efficient communication. Our goal is to deliver cars, but first of all - the best solutions.
For every Arval’s client we prepare a Service Level Agreement (SLA) – Arval’s obligation to provide service of the best quality. It is a set of detailed rules of cooperation – it describes for example the reaction time, ways of order delivery and additional services.
