Janusz Kowalik (41) is CEO of Arval Service Lease Polska Sp. z.o.o., one of three largest long term vehicle lease providers and a company from the BNP Paribas group, since 2005. He graduated from a Dutch university, majoring in Hotel Management, and the hote industry was where he began his career. In 1993, he came to Poland to start working for Pro Club Sports Sp. z.o.o. – he was responsibe for Nike launch on the Polish market. He has been involved with automotive and leasing industry for 8 years now. In the period from 2001 to 2005, he was General Manager with Business Lease Poland, responsible for company development and managerial issues. He is one of the founders of the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association that currently unites 15 companies operating in the Car Fleet Management industry. From the very beginning he has been on the organization’s board. He is interested in soccer, tennis and golf. In his free time, he likes to cook and reads a lot.
