Arval Card
Every user of the Arval vehicle receives the Arval Card which entitles to cashless service. The card is assigned to a specific car and cannot be transferred to other vehicles. On the Arval Card you can find the vehicle registration number.
The service station should verify if the vehicle is serviced by Arval and check the Arval Card)
When the user does not have the Arval Card, the service station should contact the Arval Service Station Centre in order to receive the necessary confirmation.
