Car body repairs
The auto body repair station should follow the procedure described in the “Auto body repair and varnishing contract” concluded with Arval.

The repair should be ordered only by Arval. If the vehicle user reports the failure directly to a service station, a service station representative should confirm the notification with Arval and an insurance company.
