Abroad trip

If you are planning an abroad trip by car, which is managed by Arval, you are bound to receive Leave permission.

  • In this case the fleet manager of your company should contact Arval. Leave permission is issued in Polish, English and French.
  • Depending on the destination area, you should also have a Green Card – civil liability insurance in foreign traffic.
  • The Green Card is not required in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway Lichtenstein, Island), Switzerland and Croatia.
  • The Green Card is required for example in: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran, Israel, Macedonia, Morocco, Moldavia, Serbia, Montenegro, Tunisia and Turkey.
  • In case of such countries as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldavia you should pay for additional vehicle theft insurance, so in case of trips to the above mentioned countries, the fleet manager of your company should contact Arval in advance. Leave permission is in this case issued in Polish, English and Russian.
