Vehicle collection
- By vehicle collection you will be asked to sign the Vehicle Collection Protocol.
- Pursuant to the contract between Arval and your employer, by vehicle collection you will receive a full set of documents (Arval card, registration card, insurance policy certificate, Fuel Card – if entitled), a starter kit for Arval drivers – essential information about Arval services, and a safety vest.
- Please use the vehicle service manual – there you will find a lot of useful information and rules for utilization of the vehicle and its equipment.
Vehicle collection takes place at a certain time and place agreed with the client.
