Vehicle equipment and keys
- Additional vehicle equipment and accessories or any changes to the car (for example hook installation) require the vehicle owner’s confirmation (Arval).
- Any installation of additional equipment or change to the existing car elements must receive Arval confirmation.
- The car fleet manager of your company should contact your Arval company administrator to receive Arval confirmation for additional equipment installation or for any changes to the existing car elements.
- If you lose or lock in the keys inside your car please call the Drivers Service Centre: 22 45 45 520 or send an e-mail to: COK@arval.pl
