The goal of Arval Assistance is to help drivers in every situation on the road. In case of immobilisation of the vehicle due to any type of failure or other reason (accident, theft, etc.), Arval provides vehicle towing and repair.

If the user’s vehicle is unfit for further driving, Arval provides a substitute vehicle for a certain period of time and a fixed rate, both agreed in advance. We provide vehicles of the following categories: A, B, C and of different types, depending on the needs and expectations of the client.
