Arval, the European market leader in the long-term hiring of vehicle fleets, provides a new tool for managing a fleet of vehicles from several vendors. The ability to analyse data, monitor changes in activity and costs, in combination with an intuitive design, makes this tool an innovative product, making work easy for both international, global corporations and businesses operating on the domestic market.
Vehicle fleet management has received a unique and convenient solution. Arval has launched its innovative Integral Fleet system to make the work of fleet managers easier. “This is a particularly useful tool for using the services of numerous vendors at the same time. Integral Fleet is an easy way of monitoring the fleet for, among others, vehicle activity, use, expenditure and environmental impact,” says Paweł Racis, Sales Director at Arval Poland.
The service enables analyses to be conducted on the basis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The first is monitoring the activity and use of the fleet, together with the planned changes in the terms and conditions, as well as variances in the contracts. Integral Fleet enables cost control, both in the consolidated form and broken down into categories – it gives the ability to simply and precisely analyse the costs of the fleet. Access to information on the amount of carbon dioxide emitted is also important from the point of view of social responsibility, the impact on human health and the climate.
Immediate availability of data, together with the ability to display trends in individual categories from the last three years, are not the only convenient features that Arval offers its customers. The ability to quickly and easily consolidate data from multiple vendors and filter them by various criteria, such as make, fuel or country, is just as useful. The service also enables data to be exported in the form of spreadsheets.
“We wanted to give the user a universal tool to help simplify his work and we have succeeded. Integral Fleet is intuitive to use. Every fleet manager can use it, regardless of how many providers they use. There is also no concern about data security. This is assured by our external, neutral IT solutions provider,” says Paweł Racis, Sales Director at Arval Poland.
