The person employed in this position reports directly to the ACCW General Manager. The main activities on requested position are as follows:

Quality of services - define and follow up the quality plans, communicate on service quality, complaints management, deploy, monitor and improve the NPS program;

Business processes & Robotic Process Automation & Digitalization – TOM implementation, support process design, procedures in cooperation with business, look for and support process improvement, optimization productivity increase, promote and identify processes for robotization, support the deployment and integration of the digital platforms internally and externally in cooperation with business and Arval Headquarter;

Data office & Reporting - assess the business on data protection and implement the requirement of the local GDPR in coordination with the business, Corporate CDO and Corporate DPO, DAQIP, contribute to improve continuously the data quality in the systems in close relationship with the business, support the business on reporting needs;

Operational Permanent Control - be responsible for operational risk control management, define & implement a program covering: identification of operational risks, implementation of the Control Plans, and closure of the IG recommendations, enter in the Group's tools the control results and the action plans, and follow up the implementation, manage Incidents, coordinate and advise on the validation process for exceptional transactions, new products and processes validation committees and follow up implementation, support IG mission, ensure that Financial Security obligations are respected across the entity, define and monitor the framework, governance & processes for business continuity & crisis plan;

Projects, Roadmap & Strategy – support implementation of ACCW strategy in ACCW projects and monitor them with the business, align with Corporate Control & Performance Office, governance, guidelines and tools, ensure the respect of Corporate Governance roles regarding IT budgets & project.

Wymagane umiejętności:

We expect from candidates:

• Masters Degree, preferred within Management, Economy, Finance or similar area;
• Knowledge of NPS or other clients or other methods of customer opinion surveys;
• Knowledge of process management methodology; ACE, SIX SIGMA,CMMI, ISO or others; knowledge of VISIO or similar program;
• At least 5 years of experience in the area related to team management and 3 years of experience in the area related to project management;
• Shared Services Center experience, on a managerial level;
• BNP/Arval experience on a managerial level;
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders;
• Project and change management;
• Clear communication with all levels and excellent editorial quality;
• Customer centric, able to lead process improvement and implement cross departmental changes;
• Risk awareness, process oriented with a high level of compliance mindset;
• Understanding IT and working with IT as a partner;
• Experience in working with a framework of a corporate center and international environment.
