The person employed in this position reports directly to the ACCW HR Manager. The main activities on requested position are as follows:


Data Entry and Administration:


• Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and updated in selected Arval/BNPP HR systems used for recording employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations;


• Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors, ensuring data integrity and consistency Country and Regional HR Managers’ Support:

   • Serve as a key point of contact for HR systems-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt and efficient resolution to Country HR Managers;
   • Assist local HR departments with system navigation, self-service tools, and troubleshooting HR system-related problems;
   • Collaborate with Corporate HR Team to resolve system issues, participate in testing new system features and enhancements, and ensure data reliability;

• In collaboration with Corporate HR Team provide training courses and create user guides relevant to HR systems to enhance employee experience and improve system usability Reporting and Analytics:

   • Generate standard HR reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements;
   • Collaborate with Regional HR Managers to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports and dashboards;
   • Compile data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover and recruitment, challenge and analyze the results;
   • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data availability;

 

Data Management:


• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies while handling sensitive data.

Wymagane umiejętności:

We expect from candidates:


• University degree in management, economics, or other science faculties;
• Minimum one year of working experience on a similar position in an international environment, work experience in a HR Shared Service Center is a plus;
• English language fluency (verbal and written), French language is a plus;
• MS Office (Excel) advanced knowledge;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in HR transactions and data management;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Solid understanding of HR metrics, data privacy regulations and HR best practices.
