The person employed in this position reports directly to the Business Transformation Manager. The main activities on requested position are as follows:


• Implement operational permanent control framework related to risks in Human Resources area within the countries under the scope of HRCC


      • Manage control plans in a dedicated IT system based on the control schedule and risk       assessment;
      • Allocate or derogate controls for entities in cooperation with the Country HR Teams and       OPC Teams;
      • Perform controls on a basis of provided documents;
      • Formalize and archive control steps and results;
      • Report control results in a dedicated IT system;
      • In collaboration with Country HR Teams, define, record, and monitor action plans,       following the control results;


• Collaborate with HR OPC Corporate and Regional HR Directors to adjust the HR permanent control framework to the BNP Paribas Group requirements;


• Collaborate with HR OPC Corporate and Country HR Managers to implement locally Group procedures from HR area:


     • Coordinate communication related to the changes in procedures;
     • Monitor the implementation progress;
     • Provide advisory and support in relation to the daily work with HR procedures;


• Collaborate with HR OPC Corporate and Country HR Managers to follow the update and deployment of the HR procedures


    • Coordinate communication related to the changes in procedures;
    • Monitor the local implementation progress;
    • Provide advisory and support in relation to the daily work with HR procedures;


• Collaborate with HR OPC Corporate and Country HR Managers to report operational incidents from HR area in accordance with BNP Paribas guidelines;


• Collaborate with HR OPC Corporate, Country OPC Specialists and Country HR Managers in the process of risk assessment of HR area in accordance with BNP Paribas guidelines;

• Maintain up-to-date operational guidelines and report operational incidents related to the activities of the HR Competence Center;


• Support Country HR Managers in preparatory works for internal audits done by the Group BNP Paribas;


• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Wymagane umiejętności:

We expect from candidates:


• University degree in law, finance, economics, or other science faculties;
• Minimum two years of working experience on a similar position in an international environment;
• English language fluency (verbal and written), French language is a plus;
• MS Office (Excel) operational knowledge;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and work rigor;
• Ability to synthesize and explain complex topics in a simple way;
• Strong sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned;
• Result oriented.
