The aim is to help identify the individual needs of employees by providing tailored option considering alternative powertrains while moving to CO2 friendly and green fleet. No private or confidential information will be collected or distributed outside of CCH. The validated information will only be used by the respective Fleet Department

The administrator of the personal data provided by you is Arval Service Lease Polska sp.z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Wołoska 24, 02-675 in Warsaw. The data is collected for the purpose of preparing a report by the Administrator at the request of the respondent's employer, including the development of a driver profile and matching the type of drive of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 EU of 27 April 2016, hereinafter: "GDPR"). We strive to constantly improve our services, therefore we want to provide only personalized information that interests you, and to achieve this, we will use profiling. In the case of profiling, the basis for processing is the legally justified purpose of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) - the best possible adjustment of the information sent to your needs and interests. The data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. The data will be used by us for this purpose until you object. Personal data will not be made available to other entities without the prior consent of you. Personal data may be made available to entities authorized to do so under the law. The data will be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf (e.g. marketing agencies), but only for the purpose and scope necessary to provide the service. The data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization. You have the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion, data transfer or limitation of their processing and to object. Giving consent is voluntary, so you can withdraw it at any time and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on its basis before the withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contact in order to present a commercial offer of own products and services.
